Pilates & Pilates Fusion
We offer two types of Pilates sessions at Evolution.
Fusion is a combination of Pilates, Yoga, Functional Range Conditioning and Mobility exercises geared at preventing injury and getting you to move better!
While the end goal is the same as Fusion, Pilates classes employ a stricter basis of pure Pilates exercises.
Why Pilates/Pilates Fusion?
Pilates Fusion and Pilates classes are both designed for everyday athletes who will benefit from increased mobility, flexibility and targeted strengthening of core muscles. These elements are all directly transferable into strength and power, both in your athletic endeavors and in your everyday life.
What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is restorative with an emphasis on release, breath and mobility. We turn down the lights, incorporate relaxing essential oils, and hold poses for extended periods of around four minutes in this meditative session.
Why Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is an excellent way to reduce tension in the body and mind. Extended stretches and release of myofascial tissue will improve mobility, revive tired muscles, and give your head chance to chill and reset.
Yin is a gentle introduction to Yoga, suitable for everyone.
