Pilates Fusion

What is Pilates Fusion?

Pilates Fusion is a combo of Pilates, Yoga, Functional Range Conditioning and Mobility exercises geared at building muscles and creating a foundation of core strength.

The class is mat-based, and geared at everyday athletes who will benefit from increased mobility and flexibility. You don’t have to be super bendy – most of us aren’t!

Why Pilates Fusion?

Improving your mobility, core strength and flexibility is directly transferable into strength and power, both in your athletic endeavors and in your everyday life.

Active Stretch

What is Active Stretch?

Active Stretch is a combination of mobility and stretch flow, incorporating elements of Kinstretch.

Why Active Stretch?

Increased mobility will reduce your risk of injury, improve joint health and increase your athletic performance.

Yin Yoga

What is Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga is restorative with an emphasis on release, breath and mobility. We turn down the lights, incorporate relaxing essential oils, and hold poses for extended periods of around four minutes in this meditative session.

Why Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga is an excellent way to reduce tension in the body and mind. Extended stretches and release of myofascial tissue will improve mobility, revive tired muscles, and give your head chance to chill and reset.
