NEW to the Evo schedule, Ride 45 + Core combines 45 minutes of heart pumping indoor cycling with 10 minutes of stablising core exercises. Move from the saddle to the floor for a total body workout that packs a punch. Great for busy people who want a big workout in a short amount of time.

Efficiently packed into a 45-minute session, Ride 45P Sprints teaches your body to use the correct muscle fibres in the correct order at the correct time, helping you go harder for longer. Ride 60P Threshold

Ride 60P Threshold

Smooth and steady mid-range power training aimed at improving your FTP. Otherwise known as your Functional Threshold Power, your FTP is the maximum average power you can hold for 60 minutes. No matter where you start, Ride 60P Threshold will help you build the endurance you need to go the distance on a ride, a run, or in life.

Tackle the hills of the Tour de France or conquer the climbs of Giro d’Italia. Ride 60P Climb transforms some the world’s most iconic cycling steeps into hour-long indoor sessions. Together we climb kilometer by kilometer at the effort level appropriate for you. Don’t forget to enjoy the view from the top!

Ride 60-120P Endurance

Ride 60P Endurance

Training for an endurance event? This class is or you. Our special, weekend-only rides increase in duration each week. Scaling up from 60 minutes and topping out at 2 hours, we’ll hover at or just above threshold to steadily increase your aerobic endurance. Triple the impact of an outdoor long ride in half the time!

Strength + Conditioning: Group Fitness

Sweat at Evolution
Like it says on the tin.

Sweat

Boost your metabolism, tone muscle, and increase your cardiovascular fitness with this 45-minute full-body conditioning class. Sweat combines high-intensity cardio blasts with high-impact circuits. Keep burning calories for as long as four hours after your workout, provided you don’t nosh on a donut right after class. Win win.

Warrior
Discover your inner strength.

Warrior

Build your mental and physical power with functional moves like lifts, pulls, carries, crawls and slams. Often working in pairs or teams, Warrior activates both your anaerobic (strength) and aerobic (cardio) systems. It’s also a great class for building community. Excellent training for Tough Mudder or Spartan-style events.

Strength is fundamental to building power and speed in any other athletic endeavors. Our classes use circuit training to help you build a powerful foundation. You’ll practice slow, controlled reps of functional lifts and resistance exercises. Heavy weights and cardio are kept to a minimum while we maximise our focus on technique.

Core

Core engagement is key to proper posture and injury prevention. Our 45-minute Core session devotes precious time to these often-neglected muscles groups. Helping to strengthen and stablise your midsection, this class is a perfect complement to our indoor cycling and group fitness classes.

Mobility + Restorative: Group Fitness

Pilates Fusion at Evolution

Pilates Fusion

Pilates Fusion combines elements of Pilates, yoga, functional fitness, and mobility training to help you move better. Work through a series of micro-movements to improve flexibility and active range of motion. A great practice for injury prevention, Pilates Fusion will leave you feeling freer, lighter and more supple.

Yin is a restorative yoga practice that focuses on relaxation, mobility, and the breath. Be still with us during this meditative session complete with soothing sounds and relaxing essential oils.
