After she suffered a serious neck injury twenty years ago, Frankie became a yogi. Weekly practice had an astounding impact, and she began to reap the benefits, feeling aligned, calm and pain free.
With an emphasis both on the physical and the mental aspects of the practice, Frankie’s yoga classes are beneficial for everyone.
