Frankie teaches dynamic flow and restorative yoga classes, focused on giving students guidance and space to reconnect with their breath, body and mind.

Frankie became a yogi twenty years ago. After a serious neck injury, she was astounded by the impact that weekly yoga practice had on her – she began to reap the benefits and was left feeling aligned, calm and pain free.

Frankie’s yoga classes are geared towards people who do a lot of cycling and other cardio, and are perfect for increasing mobility, which in turn is essential to improving performance in other athletic endeavours.
