Harry

Harry is our movement guru. A successful former rugby player, he moved into the world of pilates and mobility after his previous career left him battered and at risk of long term injury. His training style is precise, with a focus on rehab, technique, increasing flexibility and building a foundation of core strength.

After cycling through Africa in Summer 2018, Harry gained his Keiser qualification and combines his expert knowledge of physiology and passion for music to bring banging Ride sessions to Evolution.

Harry’s Pilates Fusion classes are low-impact, dynamic sessions. His classes are proof that Pilates is definitely not just for girls, and you don’t have to be bendy either – most of us aren’t!
