Vicky has been a Pilates instructor and Personal Trainer for over seven years. Her style in the saddle is more beat than stat driven. She loves a good hill and isn’t shy of cadence work. Her musical taste is eclectic – anything goes, as long as it’s got a good beat.

Vicky also leads dynamic Pilates classes. Expect a challenging workout targeting specific muscle groups to improve posture and prevent/reduce injury. As always, building a good strong balanced body, regardless of fitness level or flexibility.
