EVO 2.0 turns three years old today!

It’s been three years since we all came out of hiding from the first lockdown and Evolution opened its doors at 40 Sheen Lane for the first time.

EVO has changed so much over the past three years. From only just brushing the surface of Strength and Conditioning training to now holding 12-week Strength Programmes and dialing into barbell training. Our Personal Training product continues to develop and Ride in the Cave still packs in punters looking to dig deep to big beats!

We are so proud of what EVO has become and so excited to see where we go in the future. We will keep developing our team and our product, and hopefully expand to other venues in SW London in the future. Watch this space!
