OUR CODE OF CONDUCT

In using our facilities at EVO, you agree to our Code of Conduct:

Your behaviour to our staff and other members

Our staff have a right to work in a safe environment. That includes freedom from abuse, discrimination, harassment and racism. We operate a no-tolerance policy here at EVO. This policy extends to behaviour between members.

If we feel a member is acting in a way that is not in line with our values, it will result in immediate termination of your membership or credits package.

Late cancellation

If you cancel within four hours of the class start time, you will lose your credit. If you are on Unlimited membership, we will charge a small fee of £2 which will go towards an EVO social or a worthy community cause.

Lateness

If you arrive after the class start time, unfortunately we won’t be able to let you join the class, as it is disruptive to other members. If you are on PAYG or a capped class membership, you will forfeit your class credit. (Plus, you’ll have to do 100 burpees for every minute you were late at the next class you attend!)

Please aim to arrive at least five minutes before the class starts, or 15 minutes if you are new to EVO.

Your property

If you leave belongings at EVO, they will be kept for a maximum of two weeks before we pass them to charity. If you are aware that you have left something here, please contact us and arrange to pick this up at the earliest possible opportunity. Space is limited and we are unable to keep a large lost property cupboard.
