EVO's Head of Fitness, Stef, is not only a brilliant coach, he also has a Precision Nutrition qualification, so he knows a thing or two about diet and nutrition.
So, we have created a nutritional mini-series that gives a general overview of nutrition and answers a common question Stef receives about what's the best diet to follow.
In the series of five to six minute videos, Stef explains the importance of knowing your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) and using a TDEE calculator to understand the number of calories you need to maintain your body mass, muscle mass and body fat.
