At Evolution Fitness Studio, we believe that working out doesn’t have to be boring. Our group fitness classes are varied, energizing, and effective designed to challenge you and keep you coming back for more.

What We Offer:

  • RIDE – A 45-minute cycling class delivering the ultimate cardio hit, set to energizing music for an immersive and uplifting workout. Prozac for the soul!
  • RIDE POWERZONE – A 45-60 minute structured cycling class using power zone metrics based on your FTP, designed to enhance endurance and get you road ready with expert coaching and fantastic beats.
  • FULL BODY – A full body resistance workout using dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises to build muscular endurance, all set to great music with excellent coaching.
  • WOD – Workout of the Day. A full-body fitness class combining upper & lower body resistance training, core work, and aerobic conditioning, led by motivating coaches and set to epic music.
  • TEAM WOD – Our weekend team-based Workout of the Day completed in pairs or groups of three, bringing community energy and motivation for an exciting fitness session to give you the weekend vibes.
  • ENGINE – A cardio-focused workout designed to improve endurance using bike ergs, ski ergs, and bodyweight exercises, with varied intensity intervals and an immersive soundtrack that will leave you wanting more! Available Mon/Tues.
  • TEAM ENGINE – Our Sunday service cardio-focused workout in pairs or teams of three. Join us at 10:30AM every Sunday to add a competitive edge to your training.
  • METCON – Functional training at its best! A high-intensity workout blending cardio efforts on the ergs and explosive resistance movements using dumbbells, kettlebells and bodyweight, with epic music & lights, and a challenging and motivating environment. Available Weds/Thurs/Fri.
  • TEAM METCON – Our Saturday showdown! Join us at 10.30AM every Saturday for the ultimate team based workout of the week!
