Our charity ride programme

EVO has been supporting local schools and charity rides since 2018, offering coach-led rides, science-based indoor classes, strength, mobility, and personal training.

If you are part of a big charity ride in 2023, then get event ready with our Winter Training for Cyclists programme. It offers the ultimate in fitness gains - structured, coach-led, time-efficient, highly effective, science-based training.

We cater for all levels of fitness and experience.

There are three areas to work on:

  1. The indoor cycle sessions (45-60 minutes) are massively beneficial to your base speed and top end fitness. This will help keep the group travelling at a decent speed and help keep the group together when encountering any inclines.

  2. The long sessions on the road (two to five hours) are essential for road skills, fuel efficiency and muscle endurance.

  3. The core/strength/mobility sessions will aid comfort whilst sitting on a bike for several hours and reduce the risk of injury.

We recommend you attend two indoor classes a week (one VO2max/HiiT) and one Threshold/Endurance) and one to two rides on the road, along with regular strength and mobility sessions.
