 FAQS FOR NEWBIES

  • Comfortable light weight active clothing. Nothing that you will get too hot in.
    If you are on the bike downstairs, cycling shorts or tight trousers are preferred so you don’t get anything caught on the pedals.

  • Just yourself and lots of water.

  • There is paid parking on the roads around by the gym and also places to lock up your bike. We also have a few places in our yard where you can hang your bike.

  • Yes. We have showers on site. We will provide towels, toiletries and there is also a vanity area if you need to go to work straight after class.

  • You do not have to be super fit, we welcome all abilities. But some level of fitness is required.

  • Of course, we are very welcoming here at Evolution, we will be waiting with open arms. But if you are feeling a bit nervous why don’t you bring a friend or a group of you along to join a class?

  • Most classes can be accommodated for all abilities. However, if you are completely new to fitness, why not try a STRENGTH CIRCUITS class or a RIDE45 Pure in the Cave.
