MEET THE COACHES

STEFAN WINDER: Head of fitness

  • Stefan developed his passion for health and fitness at a very early age, having participated in team sports and physical activity as soon as he could walk. Such was his desire, Stefan was even fortunate enough to have taken his passion all the way to the top, having competed at both national and international level in a couple of sports.

Since retiring from elite sport, Stefan has since acquired himself a masters degree in strength and conditioning, has become a qualified weightlifting coach and nutritionist, and has been practising as a strength and conditioning coach for the past eight years.

Over the course of his career so far Stefan has worked with an incredibly diverse range of clients, including teenagers and children, senior citizens, military and special forces personnel, and professional athletes, having worked in both professional rugby with the Bedford Blues, and more recently, professional tennis at the All England Lawn Tennis Club.

From such a vast array of experiences, Stefan has accrued all of the necessary tools to help you achieve any goal, regardless of your ability, stage or age.
