Small Group Personal training is an incredibly efficient way of helping you achieve your goals. Whether it is to help get you into fitness, drop body fat, change how you look, learn to lift weights, get strong, prevent injury, or train for an event. Having an expert coach at EVO will focus on helping you get results.

We want to help you see a difference and build long-term, sustainable habits. Combining expert programming, motivational expertise, one-to-one coaching, group training, and a fun friendly professional environment will help you achieve significant results 

In Small Group Personal Training, you may train with up to five other members, you will have your own pod and become part of the EVO family. You can start off with a 28 day trial, we recommend two-three strength sessions a week, with added conditioning to help with results. At the end of the trial, we work to 12-week training cycles.

All of our training clients have a personal coach, regular 6-week check ins with our body composition scanner, expert nutrition guidance, dedicated WhatsApp group and regular accountability. We place a lot of emphasis on being apart of a community, not just in the training sessions but outside them aswell. We guarentee you will be apart of an amazing movement that will make training apart of your life.

THE PT PROCESS

Obviously, clients’ experiences will be tailored to meet the goals agreed with your coach at the start of the process, but every client can expect a professional structure and metrics to enable them to achieve results.

The process we follow includes:

  • FREE CONSULTATION 30 minutes

  • 60 MINUTE ASSESSEMENT with an Inbody scan and movment screening

  • DEDICATED COACH

  • SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMME following a 12 week block

  • TESTING on weeks 1, 6 and 12

  • ONGOING SUPPORT and accountability

INBODY SCANNER
