Downloading the Keiser app for our indoor cycling classes
Our daily cycle classes are delivered on 31 Keiser M3i bikes, in an air-conditioned basement studio, to the best sound system in London.
When you come to one of our indoor cycling clases, we highly recommend you download the Kieser app and create an account with Keiser.
The app gives you all your stats on your phone whilst the class is happening including your RPM, gears, watts and percentage you are working at.
When you create an account with Keiser, it needs to be using the same email as the one you use for your EVO account. Once you’ve created your account, you can set your FTP as the same as your Spivi FTP.
When you arrive in class, as you start pedaling a bike number will come up. Just choose the bike you are on for that class and voila, all your stats in real time and easy for you to access in the future.
